"We stayed 3 nights at Beech Bank and thoroughly enjoyed it. Accommodation was clean and room well appointed. Lovely gardens (weather could have been warmer though). Owner was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast good - even for us vegetarians. Lovely part of the country. Plenty of pubs locally for an evening meal/entertainment and Canterbury was just 15 minutes drive away. A car is very useful as B&B is quite remote!
Very good value." Jack and Karen, 2010
"We've stayed at Beech Bank many times and think it's one of the best B&B'S we've ever stayed at. The owners Tracy and Paul are so welcoming and the rooms are of very high standard. The house is full of character and the gardens beautiful (with added benefit of monkey enclosure). The area is also so quiet so you get a great night sleep. Breakfast is cooked to perfection and served in the large conservatory overlooking the gardens. There is choice of cereals, juices and toast etc and then a lovely cooked breakfast that keeps you going the whole day. Tracy goes out of her way to help you. We were looking at houses to buy in the area and every time we came down she saved the house paper for us and gave us tips and good areas to live. I have a heart condition and can't take caffeine and Tracy's is the only B&B I've stayed at that could offer me a range of decaffeinated teas (usually B&B'S don't have decaffeinated so I have to go without tea of coffee). Tracy recommended some local pubs in the area to eat at while we stayed there and we went to one close by that she recommended and it was the best pub food we've had for a long time. We thought the room rates were very reasonable for the quality and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beech Bank to our family and friends." Gill and Pete, 2010
"My girlfriend and I stayed at Beech Bank for one night on a weekend trip to Canterbury. We had a lovely room with a four poster bed, looking out onto the surrounding countryside. It was lovely and quiet and we enjoyed the full English breakfast served in the conservatory. We were told that the eggs that we had for breakfast were from their own chickens! It was a nice drive to the guest house through the winding lanes and the scenery along the way was beautiful with rolling hills. The gardens surrounding the house were very nice and it was good to go for a stroll and admire the views. The service was good and the room that we stayed in was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We would go back again!" Ben and Kelly, 2010
"We, 2 parents, 2 children had a great stay at Beech Bank. Beautiful spacious garden, lovely views, nice breakfast, friendly owner and within reach of the historic city of Canterbury. Surely we'd like to recommend this lodge!" UK Family, 2009

"Beech Bank has the perfect location tucked away in quiet contryside, yet not too far from cathedral city of Canterbury and the Kent coastal towns. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom one of the biggest we have encountered! Tracy and Paul were both welcoming and friendly. They even made sure the sun shone the whole time we were there. Our five days passed all too quickly, but we hope to return". UK Couple, 2009
